Frequently asked questions 

How much are the makeup and hair services ?

Wedding makeup and hair prices are listed on the Wedding services page, and non wedding makeup and hair services prices are listed on the Beauty services page, but I'm always happy to give you a custom quote.

How do I book your services for a wedding?

To book our services I require a signed wedding service contract and a non refundable retainer of 40% of the total. I just need a little information from you to fill out a contract, which will be emailed for you to review and e-sign. You can call, text or email me to get a contract ... its actually very simple and quick !

The retainer can be paid through Venmo, Zelle, a debit/credit card which can be done through PayPal... checks are NOT accepted for any payments. The balance is due 15 days before your wedding date. Payment is due in full if you are booking within 15 days of your wedding date.

 

Do you travel to our location on the wedding date ?

Yes, as long as you meet the $1,000 wedding day minimum in makeup and/or hair services we will travel to whatever location you choose (venue, hotel or private house). A travel fee per artist may apply depending on the distance to the location.

What is a bridal trial run and do I need it ?

A bridal trial run is a preview of the makeup and hair that we will do for your wedding day and it is required for all brides that book our services. Trial runs can be done in the Whitewright Tx studio, but other locations may be available, or we may be able to travel to your location which may include a travel fee.

We love inspirational pictures of the makeup and hair styles that inspire you so we can tailor a look all your own, and we don't mind if you tweek the details a bit because its your day and we want it to be perfect for you !

 

On my wedding day can I add on services or can you stay for touch ups ?

We are always happy to add on makeup and hair services if the artists have the time in their schedules. On some dates we have multiple wedding and may have to leave immediately, which is why we try to get all the services scheduled ahead of time in the contract. Payment will be due at the time of the service and can be paid with cash, Zelle, Venmo or a debit/credit card. Checks are NOT accepted for any payments.

I have a large wedding party, so about how long will all the makeup and hair services take ?

We try to keep all the services to a 5 hour timeline if possible, and we will bring enough artists to keep everything flowing smoothly. If you have a very short timeline, we can add additional artists at your cost of $100 per artist.

For wedding day makeup and hair services starting before 7:00 am an early morning fee will apply per artist, per hour.

​

Is a tip or gratuity automatically added to my cost ?

Not at all ! We strive to provide you with excellent service and have some fun along the way, and any tip or gratuity is completely at your discretion, and always very appreciated.
